THE BASIC FORM OF THE CRIME OF VIOLENT BEHAVIOR ON THE SPORT EVENTS OR PUBLIC GATHERING IN THE JURISPRUDENCE

Summary

In this work authors deal with hooliganism on sport’s events, as a relatively new crime in the Serbian Criminal Code. The escalation of violence at sport events last years has inevitably led to the reaction of legislators across the Europe. The ways in which the state struggling against with this problem are different and undertake various measures of preventive and repressive nature. Among others, in the Serbian Criminal Code defines the crime of violence on sport events and public gatherings. There is prescribed a wide variety of alternative acts, ranging from physical attacks at a sport event to the damage of equipment and installation on the sport facility. In this paper the authors tried to explain this crime from the point of jurisprudence, both those that have not been published and perfumed.
