HIERARCHICAL ORGANIZATION

The hierarchical organization is one of the basic forms of cooperation of people. The evolving of our society has led to the development of hierarchical organization. The first form of aur cooperation was human cooperation she was based on primary cooperative group that was the first and most primitive form of human cooperation, after this first primitive forms have been developed a bit more complex forms of human cooperation guided groups. In it, they could perform more complex tasks. After a guided group, there was a development of hierarchical organization that leads the najrasprostraniji form of human cooperation. With the development of technology and society comes to its progress as I show in this paper. The combination of hierarchical organization and new technologies in the future will perform the tasks that are more complex and demanding.
