HORSE DOPING ACCORDING TO LAW ON PREVENTION OF DOPING IN SPORTS

Summary

In this article, author analyses sanctions for horse doping i.e. usage of prohibited substances and prohibited methods in equestrian sport and horse races. Sanctions have been analyzed according to Law on prevention of doping in sports and according to rules of national federations. Also, author analyses sanctions for misdemeanors related to horse doping according to Animal care law. Author gives report about horse doping cases discovered by Anti-doping Agency of Serbia.
