THE BEGINNINGS OF LUKIC’S TEACHINGS OF THE OBJECTIVE LAW

Summary

The paper discusses the earliest deliberations of the problem of the objective law of our prominent theoretician of law Radomir Lukic. There is no doubt that Radomir Lukic represents the most important activists of the theory of state and law in our country in the second half of the 20th century, whose thought of state and law is fundamentaly imprinted in the theoretical tissue of Serbian legal science, in the indicated period. For these reasons, and bearing in mind that Lukic's legal theoretical thought, despite the possibility of contesting of some of his premises and findings, especially from the standpoint of current social wievs and conditions, represents an exceptional contribution to the Serbian legal thought as a whole, this paper is dedicated to the analysis of the very beginnings of his dealing with the problems of objective law, to whom Lukic has repeatedly returned to his entire, six decades long career, of considering the most complex theoretical legal issues.

Key words: theory of law, positivism, positive law, natural law, objective law.
