ENLARGEMENT OF ANIMALS ON THE “KRALJEVO CASE"

Summary

The conducted normative analysis of the decisions of the Royal Assembly brings us to the knowledge of the difficulties, which are in the way of application of legal regulations on the protection of animal rights. In addition to the obvious problems from the point of view of constitutionality and legality, it is noted that in the background there is a lack of civilized awareness of the decision makers on the substance and the nature of the law. It is about life, as the primary value on which nature rests. Misunderstanding of animal rights is a reflection of the lack of understanding of human rights, which is why these problems should always be paid due attention. A serious nomotechnical lack of the precise date of the publication of the treated general act was registered secondary, which confirms the unwritten rule that in the chain of the creation process the legal shortcoming creates another legal defect.

Key words: animal rights, right to life, unconstitutionality, illegality, nomotechnics.
