Summary
The subject of this paper is analysis of enforcing the competition law on family law contracts, more precisely on prenuptial agreement. Author firstly explains the possibility of transferring of rights and goods by prenuptial agreement, and then focuses on concentration as a part of competition law and its application on prenuptial agreement. This analysis raises the question whether or not is possible to bypass the competition law prohibitions by using the prenuptial agreement. The author uses comparative method in paper, so this analysis is preformed over Serbian, Croatian, German and EU law.
