THE LEGAL REGULATION OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AUTOMATED DECISION MAKING
Summary
Capacities of artificial intelligence create new possibilities in advancing governmental work. Although the application of these systems already started, there is still no complete automated artificial intelligence decision-making. In the following paper, the author examines the current regulation of artificial intelligence automated decision-making, especially in the data protection domain. The author analyses if the current solution is acceptable and if there were possibilities for advancement. The aim of the paper is, using the sociological and dogmatic method, to make a survey of possible deficiencies of current automated decision-making regulation and to offer new solutions that would be aligned with artificial intelligence development.
