THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF A TRAVEL ORGANIZER

Summary

This presentation discusses some general issues relating to the treaty on the organization of trips. In this article we will talk about the term contract of organizing travels, travel organizer's duties, price reduction, exclusion, exemption and liability limitation of the travel organizer. The fundamental subjects of considerations are provisions of Obligational relations law to the travel organizer with a focus on solutions that are accepted in comparative law, particularly in the countries that were once part of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. Special attention was paid to the solutions of the EEC Council Directive on package travel, package holidays and package tours /90/314/EEC and case law in comparative law.
