REGULATION OF SPORT IN THE REPUBLIC OF SRPSKA

Summary

The subject of this paper is the presentation and analysis of legislation in the field of sport in the Republic of Srpska.The main subject of discussion are the provisions of the Law on sport, the Law on preventing violence at sporting events, the Law on public ski resorts, the Law on sport in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the draft Law on the prevention of doping in sport in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Special attention is devoted to the work and solutions of law that govern the area of sport in Serbia and Croatia.
