ADMINISTRATIVE PROTECTION OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Abstract

Intellectual property law, as a special branch of law, developed in the late 19th century. Given the very dynamic development and great opportunities for abuse, over time as a key issue in developing this area of law protecting the rights issue arose. To this end, many states legally regulate this area of laws and bylaws. The Republic ofSerbia adopted amodernlegalrulesthat define therole ofstate authoritiesin protectingintellectual property rights. The most important role in the protection of a state administration, and customs and inspection authorities.
