INTERNATIONAL CONVENTIONS AND CONTRACTS AS A SOURCE OF TRADEMARK LAW IN THE REPUBLIC OF CROATIA

 

 

Trademark Law can be defined as a set of legal rules governing the issues of trademark law protection, or legal relations concerning registration and recognition of trademark, their effects, changes to the trademark, duration and maintenance of trademark, termination of trademark value, administrative law, civil law and criminal law protection of trademark and other general issues concerning trade mark. Collection of those rules constitutes formal source of Trademark Law. It is a large number of provisions of national (law and by-law) and international range. In this work the author explains international conventions and contracts as a source of Trademark Law in theRepublicof Croatia.
