SPORT MEDIATION CONTRACT
Summary
The object of attention of the author in this paper is sport mediation contract according to FSS and FIFA players agents regulations, ie, sport mediation contract in football. In this paper we will present definition of sport mediation contract, then we have to consider who the parties and what are the obligations of the parties from sport mediation contract and in the end we will cite examples from the jurisprudence of the Court of Arbiration for Sport.
