The International Monetary Fund has significant international monetary institution that contributes to the development of international monetary cooperation, facilitate the promotion of international trade, helps the stability of exchange rates and reduction of indebtedness member states and the IMF, as well as reducing the balance of payments imbalances of countries members of the IMF.

           Given the significant role of the IMF, this author decided to study the  phenomena of this important international institution, primarily using the normative method.
