• Protection of service user' rights

We would be thankful if you could send us the final versions of your paper until April 1st 2014, so that your paper can be included in the Conference Proceedings. It is also necessary to prepare your manuscripts according to the following instructions:

• Language: English;
• Font: Times New Roman;
• Font Size: 12;
• Footnotes - 10;
• Summary and key words.
