CONSTITUTIONAL LEGAL ASPECT OF THE UNIFORMITY OF COURT PRACTICE ON THE EXAMPLE OF TRAFFIC TECHNICAL EXPERTISE IN COURT PROCEEDINGS
Summary
This work should provide positive results in several directions, which are reflected in the discovery of problems with regard to equality in the application of law and finding solutions to the aforementioned problems. The problems are analyzed in the light of the knowledge and education of the holders of judicial functions, the quality of laws and by-laws, and the cooperation of the judicial and legislative authorities. The conclusions of the work should provide positive effects in terms of normative changes and practical actions that would contribute to the standardization of judicial practice, the degree of respect for constitutional principles and the quality of work of judicial functionaries, which would lead to a reduction in the number of constitutional appeals and conflicts between the constitutional and regular judiciary.
