THE DIFFICULTIES IN INTERPRETATION OF THE 2005 HIGH EDUCATION ACT ARTICLE 89(3)

 

Ąbstract

 

          In Serbian high education system access to examination is conditioned by thirty points previously collected through enforcement of pre-examination obligations. Application of the condition raises serious doubts as for legality of both the condition itself and examination process the condition is applied in. The author deals with the 2005 High Education Act Article 89(3) and concludes that condition is not in accordance with law.
